Scheduling your appointment should be simple and convenient. Since I have two office locations...one in Arkansas and one in Colorado...it's important to know how to book at the office nearest to you. I use two separate booking platforms on MassageBook, one for each state. This guide will walk you through how to tell the difference between Colorado and Arkansas availability and how to schedule your appointment quickly and easily.
Understanding the Two Booking Platforms
Because I serve clients in both Arkansas and Colorado, I maintain two distinct booking systems on MassageBook. This helps keep appointments organized and ensures you see only the available times for your location.
Arkansas appointments are listed on one platform.
Colorado appointments are listed on the other.
When you visit my website, you will see options to select your state. This step is crucial because it directs you to the correct booking calendar with availability specific to your area.
How to Identify Your Location’s Availability
To avoid confusion, here’s how you can tell which booking platform to use:
If you live in Arkansas, tap or click the Arkansas option on the website. This will show you all available appointment times at the Arkansas office.
If you live in Colorado, select the Colorado option to view openings at the Colorado office.
Each platform only shows the schedule for that state’s practice, so you won’t see appointments from the other location.
Step-by-Step Guide to Scheduling Your Appointment
Follow these steps to book your appointment at the practice closest to you:
Go to the website where the booking options are listed.
Select your state by tapping the button labeled either Arkansas or Colorado.
You will be redirected to the MassageBook calendar for that location.
Browse available dates and times that fit your schedule.
Choose your preferred appointment slot.
Fill in your contact details and any notes you want to add.
Confirm your appointment.
***Reminder: only those appointments open in the area you choose will be available for that area.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your appointment details, including the practice address, and any preparation instructions.
What to Expect After Booking
After you schedule your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with:
The date and time of your appointment.
The address of the office you booked.
If you are a new client or it has been a while since you've been in, you will also receive another email with the link to the intake form. This form must be completed and signed before your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or return to the booking platform for your state.

Using two separate booking platforms helps keep everything clear and organized. It prevents double bookings and confusion about where your appointment is scheduled. This system also allows me to manage each office’s calendar independently, ensuring accurate availability.
